  • Cancelling your order If you wish to change or cancel your order you will need to log into your Fruugo account or create an account and raise your enquiry direct with the retailer.
  • Exchanges Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items. You would need to return the unwanted item in line with our Returns process and then place a new order.Read More
  • Refunds & processing times As soon as the retailer receives the return package and verifies that the returned products comply with the instructions given above, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your return has been accepted. Immediately after that Fruugo starts processing the refund for the items you've returned. Read More
  • Returning products We do our best to ensure that the products that you order are delivered to you in full and according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, or items different from the ones you ordered, or there is some other reason why you are not satisfied with the order, you may return the order to the retailer, or any products included in the order, and receive a full refund for the items.
